Shipping on most of our items is USPS First Class. Some of our items are larger, heavier, and/or more fragile than what a standard envelope will allow so in those cases shipping is USPS Priority Mail with tracking. We do not offer a tracking number for items shipped in an envelope but if we ship it on line priority mail, we will send you an e-mail confirmation of when your product was shipped.

International Shipping:
For our international customers, please note that shipping is correctly priced for you as well. There are NO additional shipping charges incurred when placing an order to be shipped to an international destination. Orders shipping to an international location will take approximately 1 to 2 weeks to arrive.

Return Policy:
Many of our items are custom made to order. We describe our items as best we can so there are no surprises when you receive your package. Therefore, there are no returns on items unless we make a mistake on either the description or on the item itself.  If we determine your item qualifies for a return, we will send instructions for your return to you.
